House was exactly as described and very comfortable for 5 adults. Everything was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked. Great outdoor space and plenty of games provided for all ages. Very close to UT campus and places to eat. Would definitely stay here again.

The previous guests had broken the coffee pot and when we reached out on a Saturday morning at 9am they had a new one there within 10 minutes. Very responsive and attentive.

We had a great stay in Sharon's beautiful home. We needed 4 bedrooms, and this home met our expectations with large rooms and comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood, responsive host. We will stay again!

We had a wonderful time in Waco, and we enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. It had everything we needed to feel at home away from home. The hot tub was nice and relaxing as well as the sauna. We will definitely be back for our stay during Jeart O’ Texas!

Thank you Sharon for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home. We had a great time ! The pictures are just like the place! There was plenty of room, the beds were very comfortable and the place was spotless. My dog enjoyed the fenced in backyard with plenty of grass to run around in. The location was close to all areas of interest and very quiet. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

The House was very clean and comfortable and in a great central location. We were able to enjoy time in the hot tub in the evening which was perfect for us. Sharon our host was quick to respond in every communication. I highly recommend staying at this house.

Great value for the number of bedrooms, and the backyard is a huge bonus—perfect for families with kids. The location worked well for our Waco plans, and check‑in was smooth. Overall, a comfortable stay and good space for a group.
